SGO scientists, together with colleagues from
Finnish Meteorological Institute,
University of Otago (New Zealand) and
British Antarctic Survey, have an active science collaboration for studying various solar activity effects on the upper atmosphere and climate. Our
CHAMOS team stands for "Chemical Aeronomy in the Mesosphere and Ozone in the Stratosphere" and we have a sparkling workshop going on over this week at Luosto.
Suitably for the theme, last night we enjoyed the most beautiful northern light display.
This is coordination.
